Objectively nice goodwill No color of the day. Items are individually priced but prices are fair considering most of their items are in great condition. The racks themselves were sorted nicely and easy to shop. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a no-fuss thrifting experience then this may be the store for you. If (like me) you love the thrill of the find and seek out unique clothing items then this is not the store for you. I personally found their selection to be too curated and predictable. While I found a few things I liked, shopping here was kinda boring and I won't come back here anytime soon.

Your decision to ditch the Color of the Week program is not just incompetence; it's an utter failure of leadership. Your feeble excuses about years of evaluation reek of laziness and lack of vision. Maybe if you spent less time patting yourselves on the back for years of "evaluation" and more time actually listening to your customers, you wouldn't be in this mess. And spare me the tired rhetoric about rising costs. Sure, expenses go up, but that's no excuse to gut the one thing that made your store worth visiting. And don't you dare try to pin the blame on customers for hiding items. If your staff can't handle a bit of shuffling around, maybe they should find a job that doesn't involve managing a store. The Give Me Five program is a joke. It's a sad attempt to mask your incompetence with a shiny new gimmick. Newsflash: immediate discounts don't make up for the loss of a beloved tradition. And don't even get me started on your so-called "community support." Your self-serving stories about helping people in need are nothing but a pathetic attempt to guilt-trip your customers into accepting your boneheaded decisions. In conclusion, you've managed to take a thriving community hub and turn it into a laughingstock. If you don't wake up and start putting your customers first, don't be surprised when they start flocking to your competitors. And remember, $30 is way too much to spend while thrifting the hobby is supposed to be affordable! I have talked to some people who are in charge and here is the dissection of all of there reasons for the change Let's break down your flawed rationale: 1. **Years of Evaluation**: Your feeble excuses about years of evaluation reek of laziness and lack of vision. Just because you've been pondering this for years doesn't make it a sound decision. Maybe if you spent less time patting yourselves on the back for "evaluation" and more time actually listening to your customers, you wouldn't be in this mess. 2. **Other Goodwills Have Done Away with It**: So what if other Goodwills have abandoned ship? Maybe they're just as out of touch as you are. Just because they're making the same mistake doesn't mean you should follow suit. Stand out by listening to your customers. 3. **Rising Costs**: Spare me the tired rhetoric about rising costs. Sure, expenses go up, but that's no excuse to gut the one thing that made your store worth visiting. Rising costs are a challenge for many businesses, but cutting essential customer benefits isn't the only solution. Get creative and find other ways to offset expenses without sacrificing customer satisfaction. $30 is way too much to spend while thrifting the hobby is supposed to be affordable! 4. **Hiding Items**: And don't you dare try to pin the blame on customers for hiding items. If your staff can't handle a bit of shuffling around, maybe they should find a job that doesn't involve managing a store. If hiding items was such a problem, why not address it directly instead of axing the entire program? Implement better policies to discourage this behavior rather than punishing all customers. 5. **Give Me Five Program**: The Give Me Five program is a sad attempt to mask your incompetence with a shiny new gimmick. Immediate discounts don't make up for the loss of a beloved tradition. The Give Me Five program? More like Give Me a Break. It's a half-baked scheme that fails to capture the magic of the Color of the Week. 6. **Community Support**: Spare me the sob story about community support. Your self-serving tales of helping people in need are nothing but a pathetic attempt to guilt-trip your customers into accepting your boneheaded decisions. While supporting the community is commendable, it shouldn't come at the expense of customer experience. There are ways to maintain both, but it requires listening to feedback and finding innovative solutions. In conclusion, ya done messed up.
