        Was running close on time to get my taxes prepared. Called Jackson Hewitt and was able to get right in. Ralph who prepared my taxes explained every thing as he did it. Went over a few things with me and gave me information that will help me next year. Ralph was very friendly and professional and fealt like I was talking to an old friend and turned getting my taxes done took all the stress out of it. The Walmart location was also very handy. Will never go anywhere else.

        We had extra expenses and self employment expenses this year. Ralph has prepared our taxes since 2009. He was very patient and explained what we did not understand. I trust Ralph Thomas completely and know that Jackson Hewitt is behind us 100 per cent if we get audited. Good job!!!
