Canton WIC Supplemental Food

I saw an recording about how this office is treating there customers and I will like to stay that this is sicken. they need to get an check on how to do customer service.

I set up an appointment to be seen today and do my two phone calls before the appointment and was told I wouldnt have to come back until July AFTER my daughter is born but yet get told in office that I have to come back for another appointment at the end of May to beginning of June. Seems to me they cant get information correct. I was also told that I need a mask to be in there yet 3 workers and a wic participant who was there for her appointment were not wearing masks at all and they didnt even tell her she needed a mask. This particular office needs some serious revamping

Today is the last day this this office is keep being so rude to myself and my family I have went all the way up to the Director Debra. with no luck we have ask to be transfer to North Canton Ohio Office. We was even told that we are not allow to make an complement to anyone else and that we are not allow to have the Main number to the State wic office. Dont go here at all or you will be treated with hatred and disrespect.
