A delivery truck from this location deliberately avoided dropping off my one item to my house, and forced me to wait longer than I was supposed to: it was orginally supposed to come to my house between 10am-1pm, but because the driver's stupidity and ignorance in not dropping it off like he/she was supposed and when he/she was still closeby, I now I have to wait until 7pm for it!

Every time I get an email from UPS that they are delivering a package I ordered from Amazon, I PANIC. Somehow they always damage or lose my package and I don't receive it. Just happened to me again. Says being delivered on a certain day between certain hours and never showed up and website has no information on my package. I would NEVER voluntarily choose UPS to ship packages. Also, they are really sketchy with their customer service and hard to reach.

Great quick place for Amazon returns without a long wait like the other local places. Friendly staff.
