Good morning Doug, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Fulton Dr. storage facility. We understand that receiving a bill through the postal service is important to you. We strive to meet the needs of all our customers and will take your feedback into account to improve our communication processes. However, after speaking with our manager, she has confirmed that a bill has been mailed 14 days before rent charges within the system for multiple months. We cannot guarantee when the post office will get the bill to your address, but they have been mailed every month. When the issue with receiving bills was brought to our attention, we did everything we could to ensure you received the invoices including verifying the address on file and sending the invoice via email and text. Our manager Sarah always reaches out through multiple channels each month to ensure you receive multiple rent reminders and invoices. Regarding the rent increases, we understand that unexpected changes in pricing can be frustrating. Rent adjustments are made in response to factors such as market conditions and operating costs. We aim to strike a balance between providing competitive rates and maintaining the quality of our storage facilities and services. We apologize if the timing or frequency of these adjustments has caused dissatisfaction. At the same time, we have ensured that these increases only occurred every few years.
