I can not express enough if you are in need of help DO NOT go here They do not care about the well-being of their patients. They care about your money.. I had a terrible experience here so I do NOT think anybody below is exaggerating. They need to realize they are a mental health clinic who deals with people who NEED help. They are not just a regular office, yet they dangle patients on strings.

I hate to leave a bad review, but if you need good mental health treatment, I beg you to go somewhere else. This place used to be a fantastic medical establishment, however it has gone so far downhill that I have had to switch providers. Again, PLEASE go elsewhere if you need mental health treatment. I do not know how this place is still in business after how terribly they treat people who a genuinely desperate for medical help.

This place has gone down hill and I might be switching somewhere else they switched my nurse for no reason and np left office staff changed reception sucks and Genoa pharmacy sucks and the lady there is rude and mean I don't like her at all

They dont care about the mental health of patients. I was seeing Dr Patel since 2007 and AVO ruined that practice. They absolutely do not have any concern or care for your mental heath. I made a post on Facebook but they took it down and blocked me, cant block google reviews! The whole AVO is under an investigation from the OSMB , and let me tell you they lie like crazy to cover their butts..DO NOT WALK, RUN!!! They intentionally caused me suffering and neglected my needs. Causing me to live a poor quality of life and even created a more stressful environment with their lies and coverups.
