Steve is an awesome realtor. Very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sent me all paperwork as it was completed and kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and knowledgeable of the steps involved in buying a home. His experience as a home inspector was valuable. I like the automated system he has where he sends out homes that I might be interested in. Closed on the house very quickly thanks to his efficiency in dealing with inspectors and appraisers. Steve was really great at selling our house quickly.  He gave us tips on how to improve the appeal of the house, and even sold it for more than any of us expected. While looking for houses, he would learn what we were looking for, and help find us the perfect house. He even went out on his own to help eliminate some and pick out the better houses For us to check out ourselves. I would definitely recommend Steve.

Hell yeah!, this guy is a gem. He truly wants to you to have a positive experience in purchasing a home!! I believe his research is exhaustive in getting you the home you seek, with respect to price, desire, and a "best fit for both" mentality!!
