Please listen to the reviews and not Jessica below me who probably worked for the company like most of their positive reviews! BBB HERE I COME! I also do find it unprofessional on some of the responses back from the company and I dont think any of you would either. SLUMLORDS!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent from HPM. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Since they took over in September 2023 I had put in maintenance requests for MONTHS and not once the first two months did anyone reach out to me, even after then not one time from September until my last day in Feb 2024 did any one attempt to come look at my issue. I had to buy and changed my locks myself, when asked about my emergency exit they stated use the other door. Please read up on Ohio revised code as well before moving out as the entire time they withheld my deposit until the last minute and truly did not want to give it up. My lawyer gave me the advice on what to do and say from the moment I sent my move out letter. I suggest you all do the same if you go with this company. I hope this will help deter anyone that may be thinking on going with this company!

I must say in all my 20 years of renting, NEVER have I experienced a worse management company. They never fix maintenance issues or even acknowledge that you had put them in. When they do they ask if we have got a call to schedule something and that was that. They up charge on their rent but let tenants live in dilapidated homes. I hope they get their shit together before they have a bad lawsuit on their hands. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD, BUT I CANNOT SO THE BBB IT IS!

Since this company has taken over they do nothing nothing some type of bugs are coming out the vents look like ants with wings they have been told more than once nothing has been done they keep saying talk to maintenance, maintenance dont respond at all they have people so called cleaning the hallways all they do is sweep hell I can do that horrible management

Stay away, this company will make you pay $35 per person and a $110 lease processing fee before they will even answer a question about any properties they rent. Non refundable of course, and the lease processing fee doesnt even mean approval, just that they will look at your application. Complete scam, Id avoid this company like the plague if I were you. * after reading the response, this is a complete lie, my sister called this company today at 1:40pm and was told EXACTLY what I described in my review. If this is not company policy, you really need to train your employees better because that is what they are telling people who call
