        When one of the big box companies couldn't figure out my problem in two hours with two techs and two supervisors... I wanted a second opinion. Ben came recommended and he figured out the problem in 40 minutes. He also had a clean-up service on speed dial and got the repairs done quickly. No one wants their basement floor chopped up to fix a drain, but he was in and out in less than a day for the repair. I'm keeping him on speed dial and would recommend him very highly.
