Worst customer service ever! I work in the mall and I literally could not get waited on a spent half of my break waiting to get my food once they finally decided to give it to me!

Employees were clueless and mismanaged when food was told about being over cooked Nikki I'm assuming who was the Manger started an argument with my wife then cursed while children were present in line then threatened to refund our money so I said please do then she proceeds to curse more and tell us never to come back again. That's fine my family will never eat there again. A family member had the same type of experience recently in the past. I'm usually a passive person and never call or report I usually just say let's go but this lady would not let it go and ran her mouth as we walked across the mall and out the door Nikki is a problem. Belden village mall needs to close this location

Attended last 4 times wanting to order Baked Ziti but its never made and wont make extra and telling me because its a slow business day. All food should be provided no matter what on the menu.

Pizza is always old. During lunch hour. When they do have a fresh pie they refused to sell it to you. I was there to get four family meals and the female refused to sell me pizza. Im a paying customer and no Im not going eat whatever she decided what was fit for sale. Not family or kid friendly. My toddlers were deeply disappointed.
