One of the best eye doctors that I have been to. The staff is courteous from beginning to end. Yes a little wait, but I always give myself a good time window for going to any doctor. All the doctors have great success stories, and they are worth the wait. Thanks guys, I will always be coming here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited almost two months to get in to see Jamie Zucker due to a cataract from a previous surgery . They canceled my first appointment 3 weeks ahead of time and rescheduled me. Today, less than 24 hours before my appointment, they canceled again with no reason given. They tried to reschedule me with another doctor but did not want to see a different doctor. Dont waste your time trying to get an appointment here. Im finding somewhere more reliable to go

Every time I bring my mother here, the wait is always at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? Just make it walk-in. This place sucks.

Rude people answering the phones. Must be burned out with the job. This makes the doctors look bad. Do they monitor these folks? It doesnt seem like it as this is the 2nd time it has happened.
