My teenage daughter and I both have been going to Dr. McLeod for almost 3 years. He's very personal, understanding and knowledgeable of what your needs are. He takes his time explaining the exams he performs. The ladies up front are very sweet and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend them!!

I had an emergency situation just as the shutdown started. Dr. McLeod got me in right away with no hesitation . He and his staff were very thorough and so kind. He also got in touch with a colleague since it was an unusual discovery and was able to get me an appointment with him....above and beyond my expectations! I left feeling so much better!! Thanks Dr. McLeod

I got assigned to Dr. McLeod randomly back when he was working with Fishers. Over the course of the years he's been the optometrist for both my daughter and myself. He and his staff have always been friendly and professional, but have also gone the extra mile when we've had emergencies not only during the workweek but on the weekends. I would never hesitate to recommend him.

Initially when I came to Dr. McLeods office I had a great experience. He was super informative in the exam. I have a very unique prescription so I cannot get contacts from just any provider. In fact, the glasses that I ordered through Dr. McLeods office turned out great! The issue I have had is with my contacts. Because of my astigmatism, I have very limited options as far as brands/prescriptions I can use, which of course has nothing to do with the specific optometrist I see. The issue I have is ever time I called to let them know they are uncomfortable, they made me feel like I was trying to ripe them off. The only answer they gave me was to come in and see the doctor. For an hourly employee, this is not an option I can do on the fly. The reception(s) that answer are always short with me. They charged me for trial pairs, ($50 each) which in the past with other optometrists they never charged me for, but I was more than happy to pay for in exchange fore finding a brand/prescription that would finally work for me. In October 2019, I bought a 6 month supply for the contacts that were actually comfortable to me! When I opened them, the right eye was very uncomfortable, almost felt like sand was in my eye. I called and they told me it could be a, fluke, and that I was basically out of luck as far as money goes. For someone that only makes $35,000/yr and doesnt have the greatest vision insurance, this hurt me financially. I called Cooper Vision which is the company that actually makes my contacts, and they said that they could only give me a credit. I made a special trip to Dr. McLeods office in addition to the 45 min. I spent on the phone and in the end, we figured out that the wrong contacts were ordered. Whether it was Dr. McLeods office OR Cooper Visions error, (of course they couldnt tell me which when I asked) no one would give me my money back. They would only reorder them for me. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If the mess something up, it is on your dollar. They will NOT make it right, even though it is their mess up. STAY AWAY unless you have the income to support someone elses error. In the end, I was left with no contacts that fit me and no money to makeup for it.
