I'm an out of Towner, and this was my first time visiting Heggy's. It was an incredibly welcoming environment, with amazing food and, yes, free samples! The people who helped my family and I - Mary & Gypsy - were very kind and knowledgeable, not only about the nuts and chocolates, but also about future plans and life in Canton. My family and I left with chocolates, peanuts, and dog biscuits, and will definitely be back next time we are in Canton. Thanks for a great time!

Could not find the hours of the HOF village store. Called and spoke with Gypsy and she was WONDERFUL. Explained why the hours were not on the web site, informed us of the open house and gave us directions to the store. Gypsy could give lessons on customer service.

Was very apprehensive about going in here bc I had no idea what I was looking for. Gypsy helped me create 4 perfect gifts for my family. Very helpful.

Had an absolutely delightful experience doing some last minute holiday pick ups here today. Store is so organized and clean. Was helped by a young lady named Gypsy. She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the experience a pleasure instead of a chore. 10/10 highly recommend
