went Tuesday to get my nails done and they were very bad. and 4 nails cracked. I went back this morning and they fixed them no questions asked no charge! I am very satisfied now with how reasonable they were!! The white was the ones that cracked and I changed the color and got bubble bath and they turned out awesome !!

I went here for the first time yesterday & unfortunately wasn't very impressed. The staff was nice & I enjoyed the atmosphere but when my service was done I left feeling pretty unsatisfied. It was the first time I had gotten my nails done in awhile & was excited to be able to get them done again because its something I genuinely enjoying doing for myself. Now I dont want to bash this business and say not to go there because Im sure they do provide good services but again my first experience wasnt what I had hoped. I went in wanting a full set, nothing super crazy. I wanted short almond nails with a basic color & chrome on top. I had one nail tech do the acrylic application & another one painted them & applied the chrome. Both techs were very nice & the one who painted my nails was sweet & was very talkative. The service ended , I paid/tipped & left. I didnt get the chance to actually look at my nails until I had already left. When I realized how bad they turned out I was pretty upset. I know everyone has bad days & nothing is perfect & I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt buy I paid $85 & just was not happy with how they turned out. They were uneven, thick, clumpy, the polish application was kind of messy, the length was not what I wanted & the shape did not look good. I will say it is my own fault for not saying something while I was there, but I dont like confrontation & I didnt want to offend anyone or piss anyone off. I ended up filing my nails & fixing them myself. As I said before I dont want to talk bad about this salon or the nail tech(s) that did my service , I was just a little disappointed. I did try calling but the phone number seems to be disconnected or not working. A friend of mine who works there offered for Me to come back in & fix them but ultimately I just decided to do it myself to save myself time & travel. Im just posting this so people are a little more cautious & if they dont like how something turns out to speak up & let them know so they can hopefully fix it.
