I cant say enough on how great Kyle and his team are. He was very patient with us (as first time home buyers with many questions) and he was always quick to find us any answers we needed. He did a great job in negotiating with the seller and we were very happy with the results of the negotiations. He does a great job recommending services such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors and title companies, which made the closing process smooth and straightforward. He was very flexible to schedule showings and always showed up early. I was very impressed on how he runs his business. I will continue to use Kyle for all my future real estate endeavors and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.
