I have been coming to Waco ice cream shop for over 15 years! I moved back to Alaska in 2016, and the only thing I missed about Ohio was the banana split, I would tell people how exceptional it was to eat a banana split from Waco. Anytime my family would come visit me in Ohio, I would insist that they must have the best banana split in the world. I have not been back to visit for three years, got here on April 4, and the first thing that came out of my mouth, was is Waco ice cream shop open yet. When I was told that it will be open for a few hours on Easter day, I was there waiting in line to get my first banana split, I have been missing for over 3 years. I love what you did to the place looks like a building in Tombstone Arizona! I was so happy to finally make it to one of my favorite places in Ohio. Till I look at your brand new menu. Wait what banana split, is only could be made with soft-serve ice cream,no exceptions. What a disappointment if I wanted a soft ice cream banana split, I could have gotten that in Anchorage . FYI not everyone on this planet love's soft ice cream, I myself hated it specially on a banana split. Please bring back the services that I'm used to. Make my banana split with hard ice cream, don't be a Dairy Queen or one of those hamburgers places that only offered soft ice cream, I could accept that from them. I on the other hand want my only way of eating a banana split, with HARD ICE CREAM with the flavor I chose, not what you now want to enforce! To the people that agree with me. I'm now searching for my perfect made banana split made my way! I will post the place once I find it!
