If I could put zero stars I would. My niece is homeless and was told by there staff that they had a apartment available for her. After almost 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages we find out that the woman Kayla who told my niece that she had a apartment had flat out lied. My niece is still homeless with her 2 year old son. Colman refuses to acknowledge that she was lied to and refuses to make it right. They also kicked my niece out of their facility when she was in crisis because apparently she wasn't Mentally disturbed enough. Colman needs to make this right...

I called to advocate on behalf of an octogenarian friend who requested help finding services during a recent mental health crisis with delusions. The woman who answered was so undeniably condescending and argumentative about the most. Mundane and ridiculous semantic related details, eg: type of business I had actually reached, the hours of business and quickly clarified everything they don't actually do and urged me to call absolutely anyone but them. Because they could not help anyone in crisis ever. That's not what they do. The conversation went round and round and no progress was made. If anything now my friend is still in crisis and I am bewildered and exhausted and not sure what they offer than more problems and stress

Called in to hopefully talk to someone about crisis. then heard her talking in the background then ask me to go on hold then got hung up on no call back. So didn't even help actually made me feel worse cause now on top of everything else the people you call that are supposed to "listen" ignore what you are saying.

This place needs to be shut down by the state. They make crisises worse. Also if you ever get stuck in their crisis unit it is not humane and the beds are terrible. Can't wait to write a letter to the Governor and hopefully the state of Ohio inspects the crisis unit and this company and shuts them down.
