Kathy Grim is an amazing part of my self care.Her treatments have been life changing for me.I first came to see her for my restless leg, restless limbs and body syndrome. I was told Id have to be on medication for the rest of my life. It was getting so bad I couldnt sleep my muscles would jerk a twitch all night I was exhausted. She has me on a wonderful treatment plan. Ive added into my self care and it has elevated my quality of life. My symptoms are minimal compared to what they were. Continuing over the years my Rheumatoid Arthritis was affecting my career as a massage therapist. I was told Id never make it as a therapist because of how bad my joints & pain levels were. Id like to thank her for the continued healing that I have received over the years. I dont know what Id do without her.As we mature we have to do more things to help ourselves with our wellness. She continues to help control my stress, energy levels, migraines ,gut health and most importantly hormones. I recommend her to anyone who wants to invest in their own health and wellness. She also does cupping therapy for those stubborn muscles. This specific technique helps my muscles relax for longer periods then normal. She takes her time listening to you.I appreciate everything she does. Ive struggled with Lyme Disease in the past an was in debilitating pain very similar to arthritic pain. As I continue my regular treatments Ive been able to keep things at bay. If I miss an scheduled appointment Im not functioning @ my highest potential an I know this is the best addition to my continuous healing care.
