I love the doctors there, I love the staff wAhen you are there. However If you have to call in, it's an issue. I have been without migraine injections since February we're now into April. Every time I call, they tell me "we will call me back" Only to never receive a phone call back and I have to keep calling them. I feel bad because I get upset, and I know I'm upset at the wrong person. But I'm frustrated, and ready to switch doctors offices bc I feel like everybody keeps dropping the ball recently. There was supposed to be a prior authorization done a few weeks ago, Once again I had to call back today and they tell me they're going to get started on the prior authorization today. I'm just upset and scared that if I get a migraine I'm going to be out of medication. I hope they get this fixed today.

I was having numbness down my arm and right side, was able to get in quickly to see Dr. Drake. He is very professional, took his time during the appointment listening to my concerns. I highly recommend!
