They have a rule that youre not allowed to be so many many minutes late, and there was an elderly woman with a walker, could barely make it through their door that they turned away because she was five minutes late for her appointment. They are the rudest most terrible staff Ive ever encountered in my life.

Dr. Su was very dis engaged with patients. He left the practice but the two other doctors are not accepting new patients. Nurse I talked to was extremely rude and seemed to not care about patients either. Would not recommend to anyone!!! Worst patient care Ive ever seen and I dont complain usually!

I have been a patient at the Rheumatology Clinic for 12+ years and Dr. Vaidya administratored the best care I could ask for. Since he relocated in 2022 I have been disappointed in the care I've received by Dr. Su. This Doctor is unprofessional and extremely rude. I will be seeking a new arthritis Doctor and I would advise everyone to avoid being treated by Dr. Su. He felt using the work "crazy " when asking my psychiatric history, was appropriate, he then said "I didn't think You would understand what psychiatric care meant". For the record I am a college degreed, women of color. This is one of many reseans why his bias, demeaning, unprofessional attitude encouraged me to post this review.
