My Community Health Center

I am writing this review in defense of my sister who sees a Dr at this office. She had an appointment to follow up on her depression medication and refill. Well, she arrived to her appointment EARLY AND CHECKED IN ONLINE and was in the waiting area waiting to be seen and after some time she went to the reception desk and asked if she would be seen soon. The receptionist told her she was not checked in and they didn't know she was there and they wouldn't be able to see her now and that she would have to reschedule! She asked if she would at least be able to have a refill on her depression medication because she would run out by the time this rescheduled appointment would be and they told her NO! WHAT KIND OF PATIENT CARE IS THIS? My sister then ran out of medication and has been going through withdrawal and horrible emotional distress because of this horrible patient care! I work in a clinical setting and know how dangerous this is and this should never be okay.

It's rediculous what I go through with this office!!! After complaining literally EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH COMMUNICATION AT FRONT DESK ( LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!) MOST IMPORTANT MY PO PRESCRIPTIONS EVERY MONTH ARE NOT PUT INTO THE PHARMACY I COMPLAIN EVERY MONTH NTH AND IT'S SO BAD FOR ME TO STOP AND GO WITH MY ADDERALL AND ITS AGAIN 3 DAYS WITHOUT IT AND SERIOUSLY MESSES ME UP!!!!! MY DR LEFT I HAD A WHILE SO THEY GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSE THAT WAS NICE YET CLEARLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SENDS ME A LETTER SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER WICH OMG YES THEY DO THEY CALL ME AND react sometimes! My daughter was very! Glad I was on the phone to hear how rude and racist this so called Dr. Frye was talking to my daughter. He was very unprofessional, uncaring and I could on about how he spoke to my daughter! He did absolutely nothing but over talk her. Refused to listen to her and was very rude to me! Something needs to be done!

I'm writing this as I still wait to see the Dr 30 minutes after my appointment time. This place makes me feel dirty overall it is dirty. I can hear the staff laughing and being loud right outside my door. I also heard my entire chart being rattled off to the Dr. If I could hear it that means other patients could to which is a major hippa issue. If I didn't have an issue I would have already left. Update my appointment was at 1:10 it is now 3 and I am finally done

Do not recommend. If you care for your child, take them elsewhere. I'm tired of my things getting lost and put off till the last minute. I was lied to about my genetic testing and it's not worth my time anymore. I will not be spoken to with attitude by a b**** nurse. If I could give 0 stars I would.
