Our company needed a quick assessment of the marketplace for a new craft supply idea. We are a regional business and wanted feedback from this area. The marketing department suggested a focus group. Finding a marketing research resource proved easier to find than I thought. Our accountant suggested Decision Point Consulting because they are local (located in Canton, OH) and he had worked with this group previously.I reached out to the firm via the website and the President and Owner, Amy Boren, responded to my inquiry immediately. She listened to our request and project parameters carefully and proposed a fair bid for the recruitment of focus group participants. Her company handled the project recruit quickly and professionally. Updates happened real time and adjustments were made as needed. They handled all correspondence with participants, including payment. The recruits were helpful and forthcoming, and their information was what we needed to move forward.I highly recommend this smaller company to handle any future recruiting needs for our business. They were professional, timely and cared about the outcome of our project.

These people are horrendously unprofessional. They say one thing and do another. They don't inform people of the changes. I did a survey for them on July 24 and was told I would be paid 65$ for my time. I finished the survey and was told payment would come via Email Money Transfer. I received no word after that for weeks. Finally I emailed them on August 9 to ask when I would be paid. They responded that payment would happen on August 13th and so I waited...And Waited...Aug 15 rolled around and I emailed again to ask what happened. They said they were waiting on some list. So finally yesterday (Aug 21) they said all payments would be issued by end of day Aug 22 and well it is now half an hour past the end of day and I still have not received anything. I am trying to be patient but I am beginning to think they are scamming people. I don't know what to do or who to go to. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE
