If I could post zeros I would. Ive never had a doctors experience quite like this. My son is on the higher, autism spectrum, but the nurse & staff was so impatient with him. Hes a human being that understands and doesnt need to be talk to like a robot..The front desk ladies are so wonderful!!! The nurse told him that he had to be quiet on multiple occasions just doing vitals, hurried & voiced she was annoyed he took his shoes off at the weighing station ((mind you his Equilibrium was off. Hes had an equilibrium was off. Hes had an ear infection)). This was our second time we were in a doctors office this week for getting proper accommodating meds for his ear. I was very dismissed by the doctor telling me his ear drops were useless from Sunday. She then dismissed his ear infection saying it fine, and telling me I was just an upset parent, and I WAS FEEDING HIS IMAGINARY pain. I HAD TO ASK THE doctor to recheck his ears to confirm & show here pictures of his ear I TOOK TODAY that had the green yellow bubble in his ear -she said it was just skin!!! He has been gripping his head & ear crying and when I proceeded to tell them I felt dismissed I she said we will fill this for peace of mind-please Dr McKelley do better! DONT GO HERE! **later got an apology and the doctor on call has been retired and only there to help-until I mentioned my parents and I had affiliates in Glenmoor country club thats when I was taking seriously-PLEASE SEE YOUR GO PHYSICIANS AND DONT TRUST THESE DOCTORS!!

Why if I have scheduled blood work, why do I have to wait behind a whole lobby of sick walk ins? I do lab work very often no one else does this. It only takes 1 minute it's already been 50+minutes and I still have 5 people a head of me spreading germs all over me

Im only giving one star bc I have to give a star to leave a review. Im not sure how Dr. Shi is still employed. I thought what he did to me was an isolated incident, but apparently not after reading these reviews. I saw him on a Wednesday back in February at the Oakwood Square Statcare. I was so sick and felt like I couldnt breathe. Before he even came into my room, I heard him in the hallway talking to someone who works there who had told him another patient came specifically to see him. His response was, doesnt she have a family doctor? Tell her to go there. Im not a family dr. Right then I could tell I was going to have issues with him. Boy was I right. I told him I felt like I just needed an inhaler or something. He started lecturing me about how I didnt need antibiotics. I never asked for antibiotics. At this point, I had only been sick for about 5 days if I remember correctly. My fianc had it, too, and wasnt getting any better very quickly, but he could breathe fine. We tested at home for Covid and it was negative. So after the lecture from this supposed doctor, he tells me to take Robitussin for the cough and NyQuil for the congestion. I have mitral valve prolapse and am not allowed to take those kinds of meds!!!!! He didnt even take the time to look at my chart to see that. I then questioned him about it and his response was oh then use conservative healing. WHAT????!!!!! I cant breathe and you want me to do what???!!! He then made a comment saying, You look fine, Im not sure why youre here. At this point Im LIVID!!!! My response was, yeah a little bit of makeup goes a long way! I. Couldnt. Breathe!!!! I just needed an inhaler. Its not like I was there for narcotics or something. He then bowed at me and walked out. I couldnt believe what just took place in those 30-60 seconds. Yes, thats how long he was in my room. I contacted the Ombudsmans Office to report what had happened. I got a letter yesterday from them basically saying that what he did was ok by his conservative healing tactics. The whole statcare is a joke and we will never return there! After going through what I did, and then seeing other people with the same kind of reviews, I sure hope you guys do something about him. And if anyone else has had issues with him, please make sure you report it to the Ombudsmans Office at the hospital. And on a side note, I went to my family dr 5 days after seeing Dr. Shi to find out I had bronchitis and was tested for pneumonia via X-rays. The only reason I didnt see her first is bc she wasnt in that week and why I *had* to go to statcare. Never again!
