Gerard J Bruno DDS MS Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Took my daughter for oral surgery consult . We were told they would submit to insurance and let us know .we never heard back , no communication. Received papers from insurance, so I know was submitted. I attempted to reach back out 10x. Spoke to front desk, left messages with call center , no one ever called back . My daughter had impacted tooth and was in pain. We had to start from scratch somewhere else, super unprofessional and uncaring.

No way to communicate with this office. I'm receiving weekly text messages with threats to take me to collections from a bill completely paid in full before my son had his wisdom teeth removed and no one I mean no one will return my calls. I've left so many messages with your call service its ridiculous and I've been kind everytime i call. I don't know what else to do but write this, maybe someone will actually call me back now!

I was told the bill was paid when I got the procedure done and they sent me a bill 2 months later and said I owed over $800 and they sent it to collections saying I owe $1450 like no I dont and the office wont talk to me and said there is nothing they can do about it

I've never called any medical office where the calls go to an answering service during business hours of 8am-5pm & u dont get a call back - not once, not twice but THREE TIMES within a 3 day period!! Bizarre. How do u make any money? Are you open or closed? Does Dr. Bruno read these reviews? Asking for a friend.....maybe I'll make some phone calls to bring attention to this ridiculous matter.
