    Daughter has been waiting six months for her retainer but services were paid in full ahead of being completed. Company never billed my dental insurance and two years later handed me a 3000 dollar bill for cleanings for four kids. Called to ask about her retainer and they asked me if I want to schedule cleanings but couldn't get an answer about the retainer. Thanks a lot. Still CANNOT GET HER RETAINER, MIND YOU WE PAID CASH FOR HER BRACES. can't speak to ANYONE IN THE OFFICE UNLESS YOU GO IN. NEVER AGAIN MAN. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

    Not sure what is going on. They left a message the day before my appointment way back in January saying it was cancelled because the clinic would be closed that day. They Never tried any follow-up to reschedule. There is an online scheduling feature but it wont schedule a cleaning - I need to call the office. Every time I call, it goes to the more central scheduling number and they say they cant help and will have the local clinic call. The local clinic then does not call. I was careful to call during hours that the clinic is supposedly open and still get the central number that says they need to confirm availability with the local clinic but they cant get through. Maybe if I can get rescheduled, I will change the review. Michelle is a great hygienist

    Horrible experience! Husbands appt was at 8:30am - place is pitch black & doors are locked, its now 8:50am. Answering service confirmed appt was at 8:30am. Our family wont be back!

    I have been going to Dental Works for a few years now, recently I've stopped and have gone elsewhere. One of the hygienist made me feel very uncomfortable and I thought they were just having a bad day which I understand, everybody has them myself included. But after multiple appointments walking out of the office feeling very upset by the way I was treated was not acceptable. The last time I was there this same employee was asked by what looked like a possible supervisor to step away from me while in the middle of my exam because they were needed to help with another patient since it was an emergency, instead the supervisor took the into the room next door to reprimand her for whatever reason I don't remember, but I heard enough of the conversation to discover it was not an emergency at all. The fact that time was taken away from me during my appointment for something like that while I'm on limited time is totally unacceptable. Also, something that has really bothered is that you are constantly asked to leave a five star review even before you leave the chair not to mention all the texts you get after your appointment. I have no problem leaving a review, but I don't expect to be berated for it and I'm not going to leave a five star review just because you want me to when I don't feel like it was deserved. What ultimately made me find a new dental office was my last appointment got canceled last minute then rescheduled only to be cancelled again. Both times I was told that the hygienist did not have time for me. It was hard to believe booking a cleaning six months in advance that there would be no one there to assist me with my appointment. I am not sure if there's some kind of scheduling issue they are having or what the problem is. I am also now being told by my new dentist that some of the dental work I had done previously at Dental Works was unnecessary. All of these things have just become too much and led me to switch dentists and I'm so glad I did. I recommend the same if you are a patient here or are thinking about it. Major red flags all around.
