I have dealt with them in regards to property taxes, many times. I have found in this regard, they have been helpful, and will get you to the right person for your concerns. The men I have talked to have been dry, but the women always seem very nice and calm. You may have to leave messages during busier seasons ( property tax season twice a year), but they have always gotten back to me in a reasonable time. When I have gone in, the wait to see a person has been reasonable, and they were always helpful. I have even had them do tax re-assements of my home, and found them professional and quick- even though I was a nervous wreck. It's rare to have a positive experience with a government agency, but I feel these folks are top notch

The lady who works for the auditor in the Homestead Exemption dept is very friendly and helpful knowledgeable, A rarity nowadays.
