        I had multiple garments cleaned totaling over $100. The stain on a jacket I pointed out was still there upon pickup. The store clerk did not advise me of this and when I pointed it out she said they tried but could not remove the stain and the price was the same. I took the jacket home, placed Shout on it for 2 hours, washed it and removed the stain. I had a large order, I don't even think tried, I think they overlooked it and lied about it.
