The secretary is very rude and unprofessional. I'm sorry but you don't tell a patient/customer that "you don't have time for this". Dealing with insurance issues, making calls, and setting up appointments are all things that you DO in fact have time for because that is your literal JOB. She is pushing away clients because apparently she wants everyone to find a new chiropractor because she needs more "time". You can scroll through Facebook at home, if you don't have time to do the simple work you are over-paid to do then find a new job LADY.

This non medical doctor hands out medical advice regarding not using proper medication and psychiatry for autistic children. Instead he wants you to buy vitamins that cost you 500.00 per month which do nothing for severe mental disorders. They tell my son not to talk about his autism or adhd saying " don't put a label on yourself". Logic would tell these people that it isn't a label. It is a diagnosis. They are negating his professional diagnosis by paccs examination. The things they have made my ex believe are nothing short of paranoia. It is a scam and causing harm to people which goes against the oath of a dr to do no harm not to mention advising out of scope pf practice. Enough is enough. When I called regarding information on what my son has been advised on and why, he never called me back. Per ohio state law I have the right to information and per our custody court documentation. Ignorance of state law is no excuse.
