I was excited to use this firm based on the information I was given on my initial consultation with Maurice (lawyer). Everything was going great until I started to review my credit report. Things that were supposed to be removed had not been, and I was getting bills for things that should have been included in the bankruptcy. I called and spoke to Jerry (paralegal) on multiple occasions and she had indicated each time that I just needed to email her the document I received, obtain the fax number and she would take care of the rest. This did not happen. Eventually I was sent to collections and had to start over with the collection agency. Finally after 6 months she had taken care of the issue. This was handled this way with 4 different creditors. I then received a bill notice for my taxes. According to the IRS I owed them money. This was incorrect. I notified my attorney (Maurice) he said he would file an appeal and get this removed from my debts so that I wouldn’t be making payments to them and we could dispute the monies owed. This was never done! Finally we had decided to dismiss the bankruptcy to file a different chapter under Maurice Graham’s advisement due to a medical issue that had arisen. The process for this should have been a month long according to Jerry (paralegal). The paperwork was supposed to be submitted to the treasurer on 12-21-20. I was finally able to speak to someone in the middle of January and found the paperwork had never been submitted. During this process I lost 2,000.00. When she finally filed the paperwork a month later I was told that no funds would b distributed to my creditors once the treasurer received the paperwork. This day was 1-21-21. Finally on 3-15-21 my bankruptcy was dismissed. I should have received 2500.00. I spoke with Jerry and she indicated my calculations were correct. She lied. I received a check for just over 800.00. I have called and left numerous messages to discuss this and now she won’t even return my calls. I had to reach out to the treasurer myself. She indicated this was a lie. That they don’t have to send u any money at all unless they receive funds after the judge signs the document, which was 15 days after Jerry(the paralegal) told me it would be done cuz she said it takes 2-3 days. I have lost a lot of money and am now trying to deal with the IRS myself. This is a hard lengthy process. You call one number they send u to someone else and the cycle continues. I hired a lawyer, Maurice graham, to deal with these issues and it wasn’t done. I paid 4000.00 to have these things taken care of and now I’m doing it myself. I still need to file chapter 7 bankruptcy as he has advised but I’m scared to use his firm again. If you go through this office, I recommend you pay very close attention to what is happening on your credit report and the bills you receive to make sure everything is being included in your bankruptcy as they have indicated. The paralegal, Jerry, doesn’t follow through unless you stay on her about things. I do think she is busy, but her job is to take care of things for you. Good luck

Phenomenal Firm! Graham & Associates handled the filing of my Bankruptcy. I was behind on my credit cards and had a ton of medical bills due to a major surgery. Most importantly, I was behind on my gas bill and they were threatening to shut my gas off. I went to Graham & Associates and they were very thoughtful, caring, and explained everything I needed to do in order to get all the debt taken care of. They got me in before my utility was going to be shut-off and filed my case, getting rid of ALL my debt and getting me a new account with the gas company. This Fresh Start feels AMAZING!! Terrific service and staff!! All were super friendly and helpful from start to finish of my case. I would highly recommend this firm to anybody in the need of Bankruptcy.

I had a great experience with this law firm. Maurice was very easy to work with, real down to Earth. The process was a lot easier than I expected. I even ended up being able to buy a brand new car after filing. Great business!!!!
