My mom lives there outdoor lighting is horrible going up her steps. Mailboxes are too small, horribly outdated, carpeting is ripped carpet in outside are dirty needs replaced

My mother lived here for years and loved it. Rebecca, the Property Manager, is very accommodating and lovely to deal with.

Horribly outdated place was nice years ago. Dirty woodwork. Bathroom must have had a leak, the wall is now textured and soft. Im sure there is mold underneath. Overpriced needs updated to justify the price. Rent goes up yearly.

We've lived here since 2019 and, for the most part, have been happy with it. The A/C in our place is inadequate on very hot days. I will say they've done everything they could to address that, but it just seems undersized. The maintenance crew generally responds pretty quickly to calls. Since living here they've replaced all the balconies, reroofed the buildings, and replaced our garage door. The drains run a little slow, but I think that's a problem with the entire building. They do come and snake them when needed, but I think the plumbing is just getting old and probably has buildup to the main drain. The interior of our building is kept pretty clean and lit up. We've been blessed with good tenants in our building and haven't had any problems along those lines. There are a lot of folks in other buildings with pets and I suppose that could be a noise problem, but it hasn't been in our building. We like having the mailboxes inside and the intercom at the locked door is nice too. We plan on staying here for now, and would encourage other perspective renters to check out the many different apartment layouts and amenities.
