Worst place to live. Management doesnt treat you like a human. They never fix anything right that you ask. They leave you without hot water for 3 days. The front desk people treat you poorly and just want your money.

I have lived here over a year and I love it!!! Staff is great and fix any issues I have immediately!!! They offer fun contests and the complex is clean and buildings are kept up!!!

make sure you read the fine print before applying. 100$ to apply but if you decide its not for you they keep ALL of your money not just the application fee.. cost me 100$ for an apartment I never even viewed.

Ive lived here since 2019 and I cannot wait to leave. The apartment itself isnt all that bad, its the management that is bad. Ive had several issues with broken doors, broken hot water tank, etc. that go days without any attention from management or maintenance. Maintenance enters my apartment without any notice, and also leaves my garage door open while Im not home that contains expensive bikes and other equipment. Shakertown may have good rates on their apartments, but do yourself a favor and spend your rent money elsewhere. Its just not worth it.
