        The female here is seriously lacking empathy and English language skills. I take my wife in, there are ZERO people there or waiting and this person tells us in poorly spoken bastardized English that there are 10 plus people ahead of us and an appt isn't happening.. We left and went to Austintown Quick Med. The place was busy and yet my wife was in and out in 45 minutes. That's respectable! Minute Clinic is a joke!
