Walmart Auto Care Centers

Scheduled an appointment, went in and a gentleman told some lady to help me. She had already looked me in my face a couple times and when he told her to help me, she acted as if she didnt want to (I shouldve taken a hint then). She pulled my name up and asked me about a car I no longer own so then with an attitude shes like well now I have to go outside and get the info off of whatever vehicle it is. Ok.. I thought I could get a basic oil change which is what I budgeted for but my car needed a synthetic. I told her I didnt plan for that and asked the price, she told me and I was like I may have to wait but Before I could say anything else she walked off. I ended up going to Toyota and paying more but whatever, at least they were polite. To make sure theres no mix up, its the older white lady with the drawn on eyebrows in automotive. I didnt have any issues with anyone else but I didnt want her to have any dealings with my vehicle so I just went elsewhere.

Oil change and tire rotation. Promised truck by 4:30pm. Took until 6:05 pm. Mgr said they were short staffed. Knew that when I signed in.
