Quality of customer service had been going down. I am here 3-4 times weekly, and have experienced excellent tellers being replaced en masse by new people with poor skills and worse attitudes.

I wish there was a lower star I could push. Huntington bank period is a joke. I deposited a check. 48 hours later, they made it available funds in my account. So, I made a payment out of the funds that were available to me. 24 hours later, they withdrew the money back out of my account because it was a fraudulent check. I dispute the payment that I made to have been a scam. They investigate my claim. A month later, they put the money I was scammed out of back into my account. I figured they had resolved the matter and took care of the scam. Then, tell me that I did not give them enough evidence towards the dispute. I had submitted everything they asked of me with a member of the bank. In return, then they withdraw the money back out of my account again. How am I supposed to trust the bank with my money if they make it available funds. Then, withdraw it back out because of a bad check. I waited a time period for the check to clear. Once the money was available funds I figured the check cleared. How am I punished because the bank made the funds available?
