I have been a contract customer for over three years now. I have had this company work on my septic system at least 10 times in that span of time. They have never fully resolved my issues. I am required by the health department to be under contract for septic service and they are the only company that services Stark county (I called others hoping this was not true). Not only do they try and charge me service calls every time they come out for the same issue, but they also do not accept payments. Considering they are the only company providing an essential service on an expensive household system, this is unacceptable and unrealistic. I was told that I needed almost $2000 worth of work on my septic system a week before Christmas when my water softener also failed and needed replaced and they would not allow me to break up the payment AT ALL even after being a responsible contract customer that always paid their bill! I find their unwavering stance to be greedy and highly inappropriate considering they have a monopoly on this service in Stark county.
I will give a node to the service technicians and billing staff that tried to help me with my situation but ran into a road block with the owner who appears to be the main problem in this company.
