Doctors are wonderful but the admin/customer service/phones are the worst Ive ever experienced. Weve been with them for years, but it has gotten worse since the change in ownership. Hard to keep loving them!

I have grown up going to CHC since I was a child. It was always right down the road and conveniently placed. Unfortunately, in the last 10 years they have really gone down hill. The care is not what it once was, and the staff are not only rude, but overall just seem very unpleasant. If you try and call for an appointment, be prepared to have to hold for minutes on end and get disconnected a few times. Hope they can get it together! If all my files and records were not already there, then I would go somewhere else.

The rudest people all working in the same building but the worst of them all is dr. Nair. Does not care about patients and what theyre going through just wants to get done as quick as possible and move to the next. None of them know anything regarding mental health so just dont hold your breath and go somewhere else for anything honestly. Worst experiences ever super disappointed and angry with my last encounter will be changing doctors. Dont even waste your time with this place.

Absolutely disgusted with how my sister was treated. Her regular physician was unavailable so she had to be seen by Dr. Nair, during an unexpected medical emergency. His attitude was uncalled for and he truly did not care about her well-being. He just brushed her off and told her he didnt care when she said she hadnt been eating any food. How can you go to school for so long and not have any passion for what you do? I would never recommend this place and ESPECIALLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND DR NAIR.
