It says in the scriptures that we will have equal opposition in all things. This is a prime example of that equal opposition occurring. Unfortunately, when a customer takes an opportunity to say that you work for a company that you don't, it's kind of challenging. So the customer is obviously confused but instead of trying to figure out her confusion, she takes out her stress on a bulletin board. And at the very end waving around a redaction of a review for redaction of review that she was left. Was requested to go over to a small Home that was severely outdated on electrical repairs through a completely different company called handyman connection. Customer stated to them that they were having a problem with a circuit tripping frequently. Very quickly found the cause of the problem. There were far too many items, one circuit in the kitchen that was also connected throughout the rest of the house. Her electrical code and items at the counters under the kitchen. Especially if you have microwaves plugged in or refrigerators are supposed to be on their own circuits. Fortunately, hers was not After discovering this I found a circuit upstairs that she had an air conditioner on and was also connected to multiple other branches of plugs in the house that was also a cause of the circuit to come overloaded. Discovered those items. Took photos of them and sent them over to Nicole through handyman connection. And found that there were many plugs throughout the house that had no grounding connections at all even though the plug had been replaced but they were not connected properly. That was the fact that's why it was posted online. And unfortunately, when customers receive information that they don't want to hear some customers find that they want to retaliate, especially if they're asked to pay the diagnostic charge to figure things out. Working for 23 years as a technician. Whenever you have to diagnose a problem, there's always been a fee. That understanding is not going to change even if somebody tries to blackmail a company as she is doing to have a review Redacted. So unfortunately we are back to the very beginning statement as it says in the scriptures there will be equal opposition to all things. So may God be with you that we meet again!
