Acute Nursing Care

I’m in tears writing this. Needed help after a surgery and they barely came, ignored my requests and basically told me “you’ll be fine”. I plan to report them for fraud- they told my insurance they made a bunch of visits that they never actually made, so when I tried to get a different company my insurance wouldn’t cover it because they said my benefits had all been “used up”. Unbelievable. I did some asking around, sounds like I’m not the first person to have this experience. I heard the owner is deep in debt and owes money all over town. Apparently she’s trying to make it back by defrauding patients. Would give negative 20 stars if I could. ** In response to you- NO, I know what company was in my home, and the owner I’ve heard about is Shelly Long. Isn’t that you? Don’t pretend to be nice online- you are a crook and ppl should know

Beware!! Really awful experience when they cared for my dad and my aunt. Nurses were always late, if they even showed up at all. Therapy never came, even though the doctor ordered it. Mixed up medications. Worst of all, they collected a copay from my aunt when her insurance said she didn’t need to pay one! Contacted the owner- extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to return the money, saying we should contact the insurance for a refund! Most crooked organization I’ve ever dealt with!! They should not be in the business of caring for ppl
