        Had a great experience at this bank with Christy Clay. When I first walked in thought it was going to be like every other customer service people. but this time it was completely different. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a inconvenience. She helped with things I wasn't even there for. Over all was best experience I have had at a bank. If only this world had more people like her. This world needs more people that gives and less that takes.

        Over the phone I thought my experience with this bank was going to be horrible, but they had me in and out with all my questions answered and all my problems taken care of. Best brick and mortar bank I've dealt with.

        Just trying to call and find out an amount so I can pay off a loan, got transferred a total of 6 times and still couldnt get an amount. Was told the bank can not bring it up and that they themselves would have to call someplace in Columbus to figure it out. What is the point of a bank if they can not keep track of your account themselves!
