ODJFS' mission is to improve the well-being of Ohio's workforce and families by promoting economic self-sufficiency and ensuring the safety of Ohio's most vulnerable citizens. its actually quite impressive that an organization could be so committed to defying their own mission statement. I have serious doubts about the morals and integrity of every employee I have ever dealt with at this office. Not sure how they plan to serve a community that they mock and chastise while they refuse to answer the phone.

Some of these reviews I've never seen personally, I just wanna say Jobs side of things on the kroger side treat me like family. The phone system as I'm seen a ton is a slight issue, but it's not at all close to any social security office. I was struggling with homelessness and crawford county doesn't offer anything for those are going through that even though it's a small percentage it's still a problem that's needs be changed. We'll instead let me be on streets JFS help me by getting me at hotel room for 2 weeks at holiday Inn. I've been in there system for pretty much my whole with foster care and all. I dealt with more pleasant people then negative there even as a kid. So please don't just give a really bad review on a telephone problem I get if you love out of town, but if your in go in person.
