My insurance info wasn't entered correctly in their system. Unable to speak to someone locally because if you are reordering supplies, you are directed to their national call center. I spent an hour being transferred back and forth between departments and was told the situation was fixed. Then I was transferred to the local office who told me they would call me back the next day if the supplies were not able to be ordered. No one called me. I call back to check on the supplies order and was told there was a problem and I would be transferred to an account specialist. I asked what info was needed and was told that was not that person's department.

I was on an emergency trip for my father's funeral in the ohio/ michigan area. My local oxygen providers(deep south Texas) gave me the name of this office where I could get more oxygen tanks. I spoke to Nicole and she set up a delivery to my hotel! (I thought I would have to go to their office to pick up tanks) Thank you Nicole! Bill brought the tanks to me on a Friday and asked if I'd need more before leaving the area. I told him I would, but that I'd be leaving on sunday morning and I was sure they weren't open on Saturday. Bill proceeded to give me his cell number and told me to call if I needed more tanks. Bill came through for me on Saturday afternoon! I want to thank Health Care Solutions in Bryan, Ohio, for their amazing help in making a difficult trip possible. Thank you Bill and Nicole!

If I could give a 0 I would. I keep getting billed far past the 1 year they told me I had until I owned the equipment. Then when I order more supplies they tell me insurance covers everything I ordered and I end up getting billed hundreds of dollars 4 months later. Then when I call to talk to them about it they say they are looking into it and will put me on hold. Sit on hold for 3 minutes and they hang up on me.

I am supposed to get "consumables" shipped monthly for a device that I got FROM THEM, in 5 years I have gotten 1 correct shipment. I have tried 3 different times to set up the automatic shipments. I've been sent wrong parts, been told I'm not in thier system, and twice been put on hold and then hung up on while trying to address the issue. I've resorted to buying parts off Amazon because it's easier than trying to deal with this company.
