Called for my son who's tooth broke next to their spacer and after 2 days we still have never received a call back. Dissapointed to say the least!

Whole staff was great! Got me in same day for emergency care without costing a bundle.

Front desk is nice. They helps me with my crazy Schedule. Went in every month to get 2 trays for clear correct. In January, I was happy getting my clear correct and my very last tray was 2 days short for my last appointment my teeth looked really nice but My dog chewed it up. When I went to my appointment I didnt receive my last tray. I had to get another impression it was made a flex tray until it came in. It wasnt until March before I receive it. It didnt fit. My teeth moved too much due to soft tissues on lower gums. I got other impression made and today they call me say it was never made. Now my teeth is not straight and pretty much have to start over again and expected to pay 150 something for start and so much for every tray. Not happy wouldnt recommend it.
