Jessica is a first class realtor that will go above and beyond to find you the perfect home. We were actively looking for a little over a year. Under contract 3 times, multiple offers written, at least 25? homes looked at, and starting to feel like we would never find the one. Were we picky? Absolutely. The worst kind of client in that regard, yet Jessica remained Patient, Professional, and Optimistic through it all. She ended up finding us the EXACT type of home we were looking for. Apparently it was a lot of other buyers ideal home, so she had to negotiate our contract and get it accepted over multiple other offers as well. (We weren't the highest offer either so that tells you something) She will absolutely be our go-to realtor in the future and a strong recommendation to anyone looking for top notch service. Do yourself a favor and go with Jessica, you won't regret it!
