The Flower Petal

Beautiful flowers and was exactly what I expected. Prices were excellent and they were accommodating to our needs for our wedding day. My only issue was with communication. There were several instances that I would email and it would take a week or longer for a response, and at one point I had asked for a phone call to discuss a concern I had and was only emailed which was a bit aggravating. We figured out the problem I was having, but I just wish that if I asked for a phone call I would have been accommodated better on that end. I know they were moving locations and Im sure they were busy with that, but I was also told prior to booking I would be notified if they did move or would be, and wasnt informed that they did until I had asked. Besides the communication, it was an overall good experience.

Ordered valentines day flowers. Went to pick up and it was not the right address. Then they sent me to another place. Was a warehouse. Never found them or got my flowers.

I ordered a product nearly 3 weeks prior to my delivery date. I was told the product was unable to be delivered on my requested day. I will never do business with this company again. I was also told my recipient would receive free chocolates for the inconvenience that were never given. I would not recommend!

Do NOT use this flower business!!! Buyer beware! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that was 10 minutes up the streetwell in advanceand I even tried calling the morning of. I got a text saying, Thanks for calling! We are sold out at the moment. If you placed an order for delivery, it will still get delivered! We will reopen on Tuesday! Upon arriving at the funeral home, I didnt see my order. I texted the owner and she immediately responded with, It shows they were delivered, so Im not sure what is going on, but we would be happy to refund you if you'd like! I asked where it was delivered, and she responded, We had a new driver so I'm wondering if he got confused with signing it in or writing it on the wrong form. We went ahead and refunded you though! Sorry about that, but have a nice weekend! I know for a fact that the proper address was on the order, I asked the funeral director to see the delivery logs, he said no one came to deliver This owner is a liar and makes excuses. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Andrea.

Not impressed with the customer service. I ordered a funeral arrangement online for a coworkers mother's funeral. He told me nothing was received from his work family. I called The Flower Petal for delivery confirmation and received a text back stating they were sold out at the moment and would reopen on Tuesday. It is Tuesday. I requested a call back regarding my voicemail concerning my order not being delivered. They then texted me that the order was delivered on 10/13/22 at 3:30. I asked for delivery confirmation and they said the funeral home should have a record of that. I then called the funeral home that said an arrangement was signed for at that time. It would have been nice of the florist to send delivery confirmation on their end. I requested a call back and find it very unprofessional that I only received a text. Many florists now send out picture confirmations of arrangements before delivery and send out delivery confirmations. I would suggest this shop does the same. After my poor experience I read others reviews and the feedback from The Flower Petal is rude. Not looking forward to seeing what they think about my experience.
