A really wonderful experience. The order taking was fantastic. The drive-thru was efficient and ran very smooth! The fries wetter perfectly hot and fresh! Awesome experience!

Fourth time Ive ordered the Grilled Chicken Club that comes with a Honey Roasted BBQ packet and I didnt receive the sauce. The first time, I just ordered the sandwich regularly, knowing it comes with the honey bbq packet. Ordering this sandwich for years. I didnt get the packet so the second time after that I ordered my sandwich and to make sure I got the sauce, I asked for a second packet when I ordered my sandwich. Should have got two packets, got none! So the third time, a week ago, I go through the drive thru, ask if the sauce is still around or discontinued, was told its still around, so I ordered the sandwich and asked for an extra packet. I RECEIVED NO PACKET. This time I just went inside to order and did the same routine. Asked if the sauce was still available, was assured it was, asked for a second, and when I got my meal, not a sauce packet to be found. I went back inside after checking the bag and asked for the sauce and a nice employee gave me two packets. The staff are very friendly and the food is always great but dudesget it together. How does this one location not know the sandwich comes with a honey bbq packet? Strongsville never struggled with this. Any other chik fil a has never struggled with this. For me to have asked for extra in the past just to get none feels like Ive been done dirty. As nice as they are, these are just kids working here who are too busy talking amongst each other than doing their job.

Had the chicken breakfast burrito which was absolutely fantastic especially considering it came from a fast food place. Unfortunately the coffee was subpar at best which is the only reason this place lost a star.
