        Little Beaver Rental GX 240. Got to job site, engine wouldn't start. Called store and was unable to trouble shoot issue. Had to waste am hour of daylight waiting for them to switch out equipment. Unreliable rentals, have them start equipment before you leave the store Follow up: Response from company was accurate. Was given the part that activated the safety switch. Machine fired up on 1st or 2nd rip of the cord

        Called for a small forlift.explained I needed it to use in a small store.needed it to fit through a utility man door.they sent me a large outdoor lull, 4 times the size of a smaller forklift. Told that's what I ordered.charges me over five hundred dollars with delivery. Never took accountability. Place is unprofessional.they just sent me what they had.guy was short with me after i told him your comment on ,"it's what you ordered"was a incorrect statement . Service: Industrial equipment
