        Lovely two bed two bath 1600+ sf. suite. The managment is wonderful. Shannon and Ashley are professional and friendly. They make me feel at home here!

        I have lived at Orchard for 3 years since they were built. I have had such a wonderful and positive experience here. The management is 5 star and the property manager Shannon is beyond wonderful. These are the best apartments in the area by far. Highly recommend!

        This is a follow up the the previous review that was written 5 months ago. The management addressed the issue some were resolved others are in process. I was moved to one of the townhouses that resolved the noise issues. I really enjoy were I am at now, and the new unit is beautiful. I have to understand there are individuals that don't care, and will always disrespect the rules. This isn't on the management they can only do what they can do. I do recommend The Orchard for anyone that is looking for a place to rent.

The townhouse style suites are more like a house versus the first and second floor apartment style you previously leased.
