The Monterey Apartments

I had told them about this multiple times and never took care of the problem and I live here for seven years.

I had a wonderful experience my year here at Monterey Apartments. The only reason I am moving out is because I got engaged and am moving with fianc to our new home.. Mike was always amazing with any issues that I had and either he or the maintenance men took care of all my concerns.. they even helped me secure my child with special needs to not escape out of the apartment when I would be in the bathroom.. thank goodness for that!! My daughter and her friend absolutely LOVED the pool.. everyone was very friendly with my daughter in the buildings and was very patient with her disabilities!! If I ever need a place to go I would be back, highly recommend to my friends and family!! Will miss you guys!!

We have lived here for a year so far, the pricing is good compared to surrounding apartments. Lots of amenities, the office/maintenance are always helpful and accommodating. The apartments are spacious overall and the updated looks definitely make them feel more upscale. They keep the grounds clean and we havent had any problems with neighbors.

Management (mike) is really great.he worked with us so much ,very understanding guy. Maintenance is good too,if something went wrong it was taken care of right away.

The people that live above me have a real BOUNCY house in their living room !!!! They play loud music alllll day. Was told by my apartment manager to call police for a noise disturbance. Police came nothing was done. Its been months with kids bouncing and loud music playing. While I try to work from home.
