        I actually had a pleasant experience there on Saturday. My daughter and I purchased some shoes! The gentleman was very helpful, friendly, and professional!! The young lady who waited on me at the register was polite as well!! You cant find good help anymore, but we sure did during our visit. I forgot to get names. The gentleman that waited on us was ending his shift at the time, I really liked the fact that it was time for him to go but he did not rush at all!

        WARNING!!! This store forces store credit even when you don't want it. If you're using a credit card, please press credit if you might have to return item. They don't tell you you can't get your money back if you use debt. They don't give you cash back either. They will force store credit! Like Robots. They don't deserve any stars but I had to just to let you guys know. Go to the DTLR on Lorain Ave. They're better and they don't force store credit and they gave me my money back with ease simple in and out.
