        I recommend Jim G to my family and friends when it comes to Toyota. Ive had a smooth experience each time and everything is explained through the decision-making process. Making me more comfortable with the decisions I make along the way. No games and straight to the point. I shopped around at other dealers to see how my experience would compare. The others dont compare to Metro Toyota. I recommend anyone who is in the market for a Toyota to just go to Metro and save yourself the time and headace. I have no regrets and Im sure you wont either.

        I took my car in almost two weeks ago for repair. Parts were needed and I was told it would be a day or two for the parts to come in. After waiting eight days I called the service tech, Mike to ask about the parts. I was transferred to him and got Sue's voice mail. I hung up and called back and got the general voice mailbox. I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money so I went to a local gas station for the repair.
